The project is located in Zhongguancun Life Science Park in Beijing. It is, highly concentrated cutting-edge technology, industry cluster; an urban complex composed by hotels, business centres, exhibitions areas, headquarters office, and apartments
The project will be a vibrant urban space, contributing to the innovative iterations of the future Life Sciences Industrial Park. The project is “people-oriented”: flexible and innovative, It brokes the rigid impression of a cold and serious industrial park, in order to be in more affinity to people, creating full of vitality.
According to the characteristics of the site, we wanted to create a project with a strong presence in the neighbourhood, a landmark that enhance the city image. The building structure is composed by an aerial garden platform, unifying the entire program, with several buildings developing on its top: a floating city garden.
